Depending on the service, confirmation may require additional information such as:
- Travel date and time
- Number of passengers
- Pick-up and drop-off locations
- Flight information, when applicable
- Special transportation requirements
- Any other information reasonably necessary to provide the service
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Prices and Quotes
Prices may vary depending on the destination, date, number of passengers, vehicle required, itinerary, additional services, waiting time, or other factors applicable to the requested service.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Colombian pesos (COP).
A personalized quote provided by Rose Transport will specify the applicable service and price. A quote is subject to the conditions and validity stated when it is issued.
Additional services or changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges. Any applicable additional charge will be communicated to the customer whenever reasonably possible before the additional service is provided.
Payment
Payment methods and payment conditions will be communicated to the customer during the reservation process.
A reservation may require full or partial payment in advance, depending on the service.
The reservation is considered confirmed only when Rose Transport has confirmed the booking and, when applicable, the required payment or deposit has been received.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change conditions may vary depending on the service and the circumstances of the reservation.
Customers should request cancellations or changes as soon as possible through the same communication channel used for the reservation.
Where a cancellation, refund, deposit, or change fee applies, the applicable conditions will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
Certain third-party services, tickets, activities, or reservations may be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the corresponding provider.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Customers are responsible for providing correct pick-up and drop-off information.
For airport transfers, customers should provide accurate flight information whenever requested.
